What is Lumenis Stellar M22?

The Lumenis Stellar M22 is a multi-application platform that combines intense pulsed light, non-ablative fractional resurfacing and Nd:YAG lasers in one system. It treats concerns such as pigmentation, sun damage, redness and rosacea, acne, acne scars and visible veins. At SKNCode London Clinic in Fitzrovia, M22 treatments are planned after a skin consultation.

SKNCode uses the newest version of the Stellar M22 by Lumenis, the company behind the original IPL technology. Several technologies sit in one device, so each treatment can be matched to your concern, your skin type and your skin tone.

Your practitioner assesses your skin at consultation, then chooses the technology and settings for you. Most concerns are treated as a short course of sessions, spaced several weeks apart.

  2. Fractional resurfacing

    ResurFX places tiny columns of heat in the deeper skin to stimulate collagen renewal, refining texture, scars and stretch marks.

  3. Nd:YAG lasers

    Long-pulsed and Q-switched Nd:YAG reach deeper vessels and stubborn pigment, including dark tattoo ink.
